Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

For the best possible experience with deliveries, returns, and exchanges, please follow our guidelines. We are committed to providing clear and simple options.

• Orders in the USA are shipped from Tempe, AZ.
• A shipping fee of $9.99 will be charged for all orders under 50 Euros.
• Orders over 50 Euros are shipped free of charge.
• Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Please allow us time for processing and shipping; we strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
• Items purchased at PivotCycles.com can be returned or exchanged within the statutory 14-day withdrawal period from the date of purchase, provided that the item(s) are in new/unused condition and the original packaging with all tags/labels is present.
• All discounted items are excluded from exchange and return.
• Orders placed on www.pivotcycles.com/de are limited to shipping within Germany and Austria. Returns and exchanges will be processed by our service team upon receipt of the item. Once we have received your item, we will process your return/exchange within 7-10 days. Credit card refunds may take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or there is an error in order fulfillment.
• After exercising your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal.
• For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you. You will not be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. The return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
